In these terms, “TripTurkeyNow”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the agency above. “Customer”, “you” and “traveller” refer to the person making a booking and, where relevant, the people included in that booking.
2. Scope and order of documents
These general terms apply together with the selected product page, checkout information, written proposal, booking confirmation, voucher and any supplier-specific conditions disclosed before payment.
If a product-specific term conflicts with a general term on this page, the more specific written term for the confirmed service applies, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
3. Product information and availability
We aim to describe itineraries, durations, pickup areas, inclusions, exclusions and guest requirements accurately. Images and sample schedules are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Availability, operating times, routes, guides, vehicles, hotels, flight schedules, attraction access and supplier prices can change. A place is not guaranteed until a written confirmation or voucher has been issued.
4. Booking and contract formation
- You select or request a service and provide accurate traveller and contact information.
- Before payment, you review the service details, final price, currency, payment schedule and applicable cancellation conditions.
- A booking becomes binding when required payment has been accepted and TripTurkeyNow issues written confirmation, unless the written proposal states another formation point.
- If payment is authorised but confirmation is not received, contact us before attempting payment again.
The person making a group booking confirms that they are authorised to provide the required information and accept the disclosed booking conditions on behalf of the travellers included.
5. Prices, currency and payment
The payable amount and currency are those displayed at final checkout or stated in the accepted written proposal. Unless stated otherwise, optional activities, personal expenses, gratuities, drinks, visa fees, bank charges and services marked as excluded are not included.
Your bank or payment provider may apply an exchange rate, international transaction fee or other charge outside our control. Use only the official checkout or written payment instructions sent for your booking. Never send full card details through email, WhatsApp or social media.
Where a deposit or staged payment applies, the written proposal will state the amounts and due dates. Failure to pay an agreed balance may affect or cancel unconfirmed supplier arrangements, subject to the booking terms.
6. Changes and cancellations requested by you
Requests must be sent in writing with the booking reference and lead traveller name. Changes are subject to availability and may involve a supplier fee, fare difference or price recalculation.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the product-specific terms accepted at booking. Flights, accommodation, event tickets, private services and packages may have separate or non-refundable components. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Operational changes and cancellations
Weather, safety requirements, road conditions, closures, supplier decisions, insufficient participation, transport disruption or other circumstances may require a schedule, route, pickup point, accommodation or service to change.
Where a confirmed service is materially changed or cannot operate, we will communicate the available alternative, rescheduling, credit or refund option required by the applicable booking terms and mandatory law. A change to one component does not automatically cancel unrelated services.
8. Third-party suppliers
Travel services may be performed by hotels, airlines, transport companies, balloon operators, guides, attractions and other independent suppliers. Their operating and safety rules form part of the relevant service when disclosed before booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or package-travel law.
9. Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, ages, contact details, hotel information and other required booking data.
- Check passports, visas, entry rules, travel documents and airline baggage conditions.
- Disclose mobility, dietary, medical or other requirements relevant to safe delivery of the requested service.
- Follow lawful safety instructions and behave respectfully toward guides, suppliers, communities and other guests.
- Arrive at the confirmed meeting or pickup point before the stated time.
TripTurkeyNow does not provide medical, immigration or visa advice. Travellers remain responsible for obtaining authoritative guidance appropriate to their nationality and circumstances.
10. Health, mobility and activity suitability
Some itineraries involve uneven terrain, steps, altitude, confined underground spaces, early departures or extended walking. Contact us before booking if a traveller needs an accessibility review or has a condition that may affect participation.
We will provide available information and request supplier confirmation where needed, but a service should not be assumed to be fully accessible unless confirmed in writing for the relevant date and arrangement.
11. Problems during the trip and complaints
Report a problem promptly so the guide, supplier or TripTurkeyNow team has a reasonable opportunity to assist. For a formal complaint after travel, email the booking reference, service date, description and supporting documents to info@bvnglobaltravel.com.
12. Liability
Our responsibility is determined by the confirmed service, these terms, applicable supplier arrangements and mandatory law. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including mandatory rights arising under Turkish consumer and package-tour legislation.
Customers should take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss and notify us promptly when assistance may prevent a problem from becoming more serious.
13. Website use and intellectual property
Website text, branding, layout and original media may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where use is permitted by law. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or attempt unauthorised access.
14. Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy & KVKK Notice and Cookie Policy. Data required for a booking may also be shared with the suppliers needed to perform that booking.
15. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Eligible consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or consumer court according to the rules and monetary thresholds applicable at the time of the dispute.
Nothing on this page restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
16. General provisions
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. Updates apply from the date shown on this page and do not retrospectively replace the specific written conditions of an already confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
