2. Essential characteristics of the service
Before ordering, review the selected product page and checkout summary for:
- Service name, destination, date, duration and operating language
- Itinerary, included and excluded services, and optional extras
- Pickup area, meeting point or transport arrangements
- Minimum participation, age, mobility, health or documentation requirements
- Supplier, hotel, airline, balloon or attraction conditions where relevant
- Any circumstances in which the route, schedule or service can change
3. Total price and payment
The checkout or accepted proposal must show the total payable amount, currency, taxes or mandatory charges included in that amount, any separately payable extras, and the payment or deposit schedule.
Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or transaction charge. Such bank charges are not part of the stated TripTurkeyNow service price unless expressly included.
4. Contract formation and confirmation
Before placing an order, you should be able to review and correct the booking information and confirm acceptance of the applicable terms. A booking becomes confirmed when the required payment is accepted and TripTurkeyNow issues written confirmation or a voucher, unless the accepted proposal states another contract-formation point.
The confirmation, product-specific conditions and pre-contract information should be sent by email or another durable medium that allows you to store and reproduce them.
5. Performance of the service
The service is performed on the confirmed date or during the confirmed period. Exact pickup times may be communicated closer to the activity when they depend on sunrise, hotel location, transport planning or supplier operations.
You must provide accurate contact and traveller details and remain reachable for operational updates.
6. Withdrawal and cancellation
Turkish distance-contract rules provide a statutory withdrawal right for many contracts, but recognised exceptions can apply to accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, food or beverage supply and leisure services that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.
Because many tours, activities, flights and accommodation bookings are date-specific, do not assume that a general 14-day withdrawal right applies to a particular travel booking. The checkout must disclose whether a statutory withdrawal right applies or whether the service falls within an exception. Contractual cancellation rights, deadlines and charges remain those shown for the selected service, subject to mandatory law.
To request cancellation or a change, send written notice with the booking reference. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Package tours
A booking that combines qualifying tourism services and meets the legal duration or overnight criteria may be treated as a package tour. Where package-tour rules apply, the organiser or retailer must provide the required pre-contract information and a copy of the package-tour contract in writing or on a durable medium.
The package proposal and confirmation should identify the itinerary, transport, accommodation, included services, total price, payment schedule, minimum participation where relevant, cancellation conditions and organiser or retailer details.
8. Changes, inability to perform and refunds
If a confirmed service cannot be performed or requires a material change, TripTurkeyNow will provide the information and options required by the applicable booking category and mandatory law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include an alternative, rescheduling, credit, price adjustment, cancellation or refund.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact TripTurkeyNow promptly with the booking reference and supporting information. This gives the team or supplier an opportunity to assist and creates a written record.
Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. Eligible consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or consumer court according to the rules and monetary thresholds in effect at the relevant time.
10. Customer acknowledgement at checkout
The checkout should record that the customer received and reviewed the product-specific pre-contract information before placing the order. Any explicit consent needed for immediate performance, optional marketing or non-essential cookies must be requested separately and must not be bundled into acceptance of the booking terms.
