Booking step by step

1. Choose your experience

   Open the tour or activity page and review the itinerary, duration, meeting or pickup area, inclusions, exclusions and important guest requirements.

2. Select your date and travellers

   Enter the preferred date and the correct number of adults and children. For children, provide accurate ages because eligibility and pricing can differ by activity.

3. Provide accurate contact details

   Use an email address and mobile or WhatsApp number you can access while travelling. For pickup services, add the final hotel name and address when available.

4. Review the booking terms

   Before payment, check the total price, currency, cancellation deadline, refund conditions and any supplier-specific restrictions shown for the selected service.

5. Complete payment

   Use only the payment option shown on TripTurkeyNow or sent through an official TripTurkeyNow booking message. Do not send card details through email or WhatsApp.

6. Receive your confirmation

   Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation or voucher. A payment attempt, enquiry or custom-tour request alone does not confirm a place.

Check your confirmation

As soon as it arrives, confirm that the following information is correct:

• Lead traveller name and number of participants
• Experience name, date and approximate start time
• Pickup location or meeting point
• Included and excluded services
• Amount paid and any remaining balance
• Cancellation and change conditions
• Emergency or day-of-travel contact details

If anything is incorrect, contact the team promptly rather than waiting until the activity date.

After you book

• Keep the confirmation available on your phone.
• Check WhatsApp and email for schedule or pickup updates.
• Tell us if your hotel, flight or contact number changes.
• Be ready at the confirmed location before the stated time.
• Bring any identification, clothing or equipment listed in your confirmation.
