• Card security code or PIN
• Online-banking password
• A one-time verification code unless you personally entered the transaction on the secure payment page
• Unnecessary copies of identity or financial documents

TripTurkeyNow may need booking and traveller information, but you should not send sensitive authentication information through WhatsApp, email or social media.

When is a reservation confirmed?

A reservation is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation or voucher identifying the booked service. A bank authorisation, payment screenshot, enquiry or pending checkout by itself is not a booking confirmation.

If your account shows a payment but no confirmation arrives, contact the team before trying again. Send the lead traveller name, email address, service, date and transaction reference—never the full card number.

Pricing, currency and bank charges

The final booking page or written proposal should identify the amount and currency payable to TripTurkeyNow. Your card provider or bank may use its own exchange rate and may apply an international or currency-conversion charge. These bank charges are separate from the tour price.

If a payment request looks suspicious

1. Do not open the payment link or send funds.
2. Compare the sender, amount and booking details with your written confirmation.
3. Contact TripTurkeyNow through the phone number or email published on this website.
4. If sensitive information has already been shared, contact your bank or card provider immediately.
