After picking you up from your hotel, we begin our unforgettable sunset journey through Cappadocia.

Wine Cellar & Winery

Thanks to its volcanic soil and continental climate, Cappadocia is one of Türkiye's finest wine-producing regions. Grapes are carefully harvested, fermented, and aged in oak barrels. The region's underground wine cellars provide ideal temperature and humidity conditions, allowing the wines to develop their distinctive character. During our visit, you'll have the opportunity to taste locally produced wines and purchase your favorites.

Çavuşin Church

Dedicated to Emperor Nikephoros Phokas, Çavuşin Church dates back to 964–965 AD. This remarkable rock-cut church features a single nave, a barrel-vaulted ceiling, and three apses, while its original narthex has not survived. Like many of Cappadocia's cave churches, its frescoes depict scenes from the Bible and the life of Jesus Christ.

Local Products Tasting

Experience the authentic flavors of Cappadocia by tasting traditional Turkish delight made with sugar, starch, and natural ingredients, often flavored with rose, pistachio, or walnut. You'll also sample the region's famous roasted pumpkin seeds, a beloved local snack. Both products are available for tasting and purchase.

Red Valley Hiking

Red Valley is one of Cappadocia's most spectacular natural landscapes. Formed from volcanic tuff and andesite, centuries of wind and water erosion have created fairy chimneys, caves, and extraordinary rock formations. The valley is especially famous for its vibrant shades of red, orange, and pink, which become even more breathtaking at sunset.

Our approximately 2-hour hike follows an easy to moderate trail, making it suitable for most travelers while offering incredible panoramic views along the way.

Sunset Wine & Cheese Experience

After completing our hike, we reach the panoramic viewpoint at the top of Red Valley. Here, you'll enjoy one of Cappadocia's most unforgettable sunsets while relaxing with a glass of local wine, a selection of cheese, and soft background music.

Ortahisar Panorama & Coffee Break

Our next stop is the illuminated Ortahisar Castle, one of Cappadocia's most iconic landmarks. Enjoy a relaxing coffee break while admiring the stunning nighttime panorama of the castle and the surrounding landscape.

Three Beauties (Üç Güzeller)

Before returning, we visit the famous Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, the iconic symbol of Ürgüp and one of the most photographed landmarks in Cappadocia.

At the end of the tour, we comfortably transfer you back to your hotel.
